Shouldn’t SmartCities ultimately be an extension of existing digital spaces? Can we not build with the W3C WAI’s POUR principles? What are ways which citizens interact with their city? How do we see that we are enhancing perception, operation & understanding? What can we do we make those robust enough so that we can use them even when life isn’t going smoothly.
